Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of GEcoll Biomedical. PhD of Medical Science, Tzu Chi University. Dr. Liao specializes in laboratory animal facility management, veterinary medicine and preclinical testing. With more than 17 years experiences in experimental animal medicine and more than 5 years experiences in biosafety level-3 laboratory of animal testing, Dr. Liao was responsible for the operation and management of preclinical surgery and care facilities in National Laboratory Animal Center and assisted numerous domestic and foreign research institutes to conduct preclinical animal experiments. Dr. Liao is the first PhD, in Taiwan for the last 40 years, who studies pathogenesis and treatment of rabies. Dr. Liao had participated in a startup company before she founded GEcoll Biomedical. Dr. Liao is willing to carry GEcoll Biomedical to surpass excellence and to become the world's top genetic editing application company.

Cliff Wu COO
- Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of GEcoll Biomedical. PhD of biosciences, National Cheng Kung University. Dr. Wu specializes in biomedical materials, tissue engineering, drug release and medical device design and regulation with more than 15 years of experience. He served in National Laboratory Animal Center and was responsible for establishing facilities of animal testing and biomedical material compatibility testing. Dr. Wu also worked in Prospective Medical Equipment Center of National Cheng Kung University and established PDL Photodynamic Sterilization Therapy with ITRI. During his tenure as a researcher at Nang Kuang Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Wu managed the development of generic drug and a new design injection. Dr. Wu’s research has been published in numerous journals. As a steady and thoughtful COO, Dr. Wu expects himself to be “Steve Jobs" of GEcoll Biomedical.

Jack Tsai CTO
- Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of GEcoll Biomedical. PhD of Pharmacology, Rutgers University, USA. Dr. Tsai specializes in genetic engineering, gene editing, macromolecular protein science and biofactory. Dr. Tsai served in National Laboratory Animal Center as assistant PI in R&D team and generated more than 50 animal models for both industry and academia, including the first gene-edited rat and mouse in Taiwan. With more than 17 years experiences in genetic engineering and molecular biology, Dr. Tsai continues to work in genetic engineering to make GEcoll a world-class company with competitive core technology.
